I look calmly upon the group, and hope that the escape will work. We have only one night, one hour, and one chance. He glances around and just fakes a smile...

"So everybody ready for tonight?" I suddenly ask.

My mind and my heart agreed, the thing most important is that everybody is alright and alive...

Kikame looks at the group of friends around him soon he might just lose one.

"So when are we officially going to do to this we need a strategy of attack you know the powers that the Ringmaster gave me can be taken away just as i got them so what do we do Sylex," Kikame asks in a very worried voice.

"Hmph...you'll know when we get there! "

I sigh and scratch my head...

"All i asked is if you're ready for tonight..If you fail to put on a good show... "

I choke on my own words...and soon find myself in a worried state...
I completely had forgotten about what we had to do and all of the consequences

"Oh sorry i was thinking of something else and yeah I am ready".

He then gears up he makes sure that his suit is ready he does some stretches and says

"I can't believe this is a legit circus kinda of funny now lets do this"

Kikame waits for the signal to go and do his act which he has been practicing for about two weeks nonstop but he cant complain he knows its for a stupid circus but in reality the practicing has also worked for training he a lot faster and agile now.

I jus' stood there next to the newbie. I think his name was Kikalala or kikarona...
anyways, we were jus' there and finally Phylere announces our names

"ready kilawatt?" I ask.

"What my name is Kikame and yeah I am ready dont worry I know I am new but, i think i can hang".

Kikame says with a cocky grin. He then does some last minute stretches and does the routine over and over his head trying not to miss any small details he goes everything even to his final breath.

the performance itself was goose enough! I had to save him quite enough times but the guy's alright!
I think we went swell. Hopefully it was enough to please the ringmaster.

Soon I found myself drifting into a coldhard blur of memories. My eyes wondered off somewhere and I stopped replying to Kikame's annoying comments on the show. When I reverted to reality I noticed Kikame just staring at me.

Kikame is amazed of how the audience cheers for every simple flip well for Kikame it is simple but for the crowd most of them could not do it if they practiced all there loves.Kikame starts staring at cody wow this guy is really good.Again another wave of negative emotions hit him the memories flash through his head in an instant but it seemed as for ever the memories of him being beaten by the girl he likes in a weakling style from his part almost scaring his brain. How could he ever defend her if the time came??

Kikame finally ask's "Are you okay you seemed to be lost for a second and be on your toes we are still out here hurry up and snap out of it before we have to go again..... here we go".

Kikame jumps into a flip and continues with the performance after a few leaps and bounds and flips Kikames part finishes and he decides to leave Cody alone and goes to talk a well deserved talk with Sophie.

I finally brought myself to say it, and I turn to Kikame.

"you know....If we didn't do a "well" enough job on the show.....we get killed right?"

Kikame stops as he walks almost frozen by the words spoken by Cody the words finally give the full impact and his eyes are pulled open by the shock but, then again he would expect anything less from the Ringmaster.

"Well we did great celebrate it okay i dont have time right now i need to talk to somebody".
Kikame finally finds Sophie and moves right infront of her "So am i really that bad that you have to ignore completely and treat me like im dead".

Can you believe the balls on this prick?! After everything I do to keep him away....he just doesn't leave me be.
I just wander my eyes off of him and glance to the side, my heart beating loud.....my head spinning....I just..

"No your not dead," I replied with a dark glare, "And I'm not technically ignoring you idiot!"

My voice trailed off as I turn my head away from him.

"Besides you're better off dead! because i don't want to see a good person like you get killed.."

Kikame looks straight into her eyes.

"Look okay im still here and who said i was going to be killed and since when have you cared so much you tried to kill me atleast twice every time we met.Even if I am going to die i rather spend my last moments with you".


Kikame says with a gleam in his eye he pulls her shoulder making her look directly at him.

Kikame then slowly and lightly grabs her hand wrapping his fingers around hers.


"Just give me a chance please it's all i ask".

I turn away...There is no way I could catch him into what I am doing.....never..

"good bye...."

I walk and disappear into the stone floor, leaving Kikame alone.

Kikame sees her walk away and rage fills his body.

Why doesn't she want me i try so hard it isnt fair!

Instead of drowning into his own emotions he runs to the training room with new emotions to fuel his on going training.

As he punches a punching bag he starts saying "Why what did i do i am not worthless how come why!".

Kikame says louder until his emotions gets the best of him and he throws a life taking blow to the bag and it instantly rips open.

"Damn, I never knew that you were such a rage filled kid!"

I smile and light up a cigarette. I breath in the tobacco filled smoke and and breath out.

"You know, I think I get how you feel," I tell him "Well actually I think how both of you feel..."

I close my eyes and ponder on my past,

"My bother really cared about someone in the past...and boy did they love each other! But one day he found out that she was a demon hunter, and since he was a demon she had to kill him. But they still loved each other. Suddenly she attacked my brother...And in battle he ended up giving her a horrible wound. While she was at the hospital my brother found a way to become human...he and his twin both did so. But when my brother finally went back...he found out she had died. Mat doesn't want to feel the feeling of losing...So he makes friends, but keeps his distances..."

I turn to see Kikame who was actually listening...

"Well I hope that gives you something to ponder about..."

I get up and leave squishing the cigarette. That action surprised my friends because according to them I usually finish the entire cigar!

Kikame wipes the sweat off of his face with a towel and puts up another punching bag and starts putting up more blows as he thinks of the words just spoken by Sylex.

When he finishes venting himself he washes up and goes to talk to Sylex some more.

"So what do I do she doesnt even want to give me a good conversation and well it seems like if shes not interested it feels like if im fighting a hopeless battle".

I just burst out laughing and I also notice everybody else laughing to.

Diz smiles politely but says something that hurts like a dagger,"Sylex? Giving love advice? Now we all know there's an apocalypse!"
However everybody just laughs and agrees making more jokes about me not having someone to call their own.
Besides who would want that anyways? Love is just three words mixed up into a concoction filled with lies and broken hearts...If this guy wants his heart broken that fast I just fasten the process...

"If you want dating advice then here it is! All you need to do is wait on her...She won't break if all you're doing is clinging on to her like some sink baboon!" I said

How could they be so cruel all i want is a simple conversation on why I was targeted and why does she keep saying that i am going to die.

"So then wanting to know why I am being targeted to be killed is something funny you people actually think i want her to be with me every time we talk all i hear is that i am going to die!"

Kikame looks to every single face now quiet with out laughing now knowing the truth of his actions.

Kikame then goes to the training room and for the next week all he does is train.

I sneak up behind Kikame and just stood there.

"You realize we were laughing at Sylex right?" I ask for conformation

"What ever it just made me angry on how everything i try to do is interrupted by stupid laughter not need"

Kikame stands thinking about something then finaly ask"Why am i being targeted to be killed i need to know who is and why do they want me dead".
